🔍 Tracking Your Order

🪑 Large Items & Furniture Delivery

Large/heavy items are shipped via freight carriers and delivered curbside only.
You are responsible for bringing the item indoors and performing assembly.
Please ensure at least 2 people are present to receive large items.

📞 Freight Delivery Notice

Freight carriers will call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule delivery.
If your address is not accessible, the item may be delivered to the nearest reachable location for pickup.
⚠️ If no one is available during delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.

📦 Damaged Shipments

  • If the package is visibly damaged, do not accept or sign for it. Ask the driver for a damage report and contact us immediately.
  • For hidden damage, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Note: Most carriers only accept claims within 7 days of delivery.

🚫 Delivery Refusal or Cancellation

If you refuse delivery or cancel while in transit, we will deduct the original and return shipping costs from your refund.
